Ryobi P738 not working?
Simple video demonstrating the Ryobi P738 not working with newer 4ah batteries.
Originally I thought the p738 did not work with any of my 4ah batteries but I was wrong. The Ryobi p738 works with my old 4ah batteries and 1.5ah batteries.

Tldr; If your Ryobi P738 is shutting off, try a different type of battery.
