Poke Pole fishing for Rockfish
Decided to try out a new method of fishing. The poke pole! I made it from a shower curtain rod, a coat hanger and some fishing line. Worked out pretty good here at the channel islands harbor break wall. Definitely going to continue fishing with this method. Caught these rockfish but i'll be back looking for a big cabezon. later I’ll post a video on how to make a pole pole.
