The 2003 President's Day Blizzard in New York City was at the time, one of the worst blizzards I had documented. We had continuous
snow for almost 2 days straight, and it still ranks as the 7th biggest snowstorm in New York City history, with 19.8 inches of snow
recorded at Central Park. The original footage was shot in standard definition (4:3) and has been upscaled to 1080p high definition
using Topaz AI.
