The Russian Ministry of Finance published the first version of the draft law on crypto-currencies. It says that mining should be considered an entrepreneurial activity. Also, the agency proposes to limit the sale of tokens to ordinary citizens. They can be bought for a maximum of 50 thousand rubles (888 dollars).
This is the first bill in this field, which allows us to understand how seriously the state plans to regulate the mining of bitcoins and the organization of the ICO. What will be the taxes and will the law be adopted?
