The FDA has just approved a new Covid-19 booster / vaccine that specifically targets the KP.2 variant of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The KP.2 variant is a new strain of the Omicron lineage, and this updated vaccine is designed to provide better protection against it. The updated vaccine is available for everyone aged 6 months and older, whether you've been vaccinated before or not.
