The Chiseldon Ice Bucket Challenge
The Ice Bucket Challenge involves pouring a bucket of ice cold water on someone's head to promote awareness of the disease amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and to encourage donations to research.
The challenge dares nominated people to be filmed having a bucket of ice water poured on their heads and then challenging others to do the same. Nominated people have 24 hours to comply or forfeit by way of a charitable financial donation.
This was my attempt at the same. Boy what an invigorating way to start the day :)
