Viapoxi Adhesive is a two-component, epoxy-based adhesive with controlled flow, indicated for bonding concrete, steel, aluminum, ceramics, and other materials.

Compressive strength

7 days: ≥ 60 MPa
Advantages
High adhesion power and mechanical resistance, superior to that of concrete itself;
Application on surfaces with variable inclinations (vertical and horizontal);
Impermeable to water and oils;
Applicable on damp surfaces, but without saturation;
Excellent adhesion to mortars, stone, ceramics, wood, and other construction materials.
Uses
Structural bonding and repair (old concrete to new);
Steel anchoring in concrete with holes of various diameters;
Fixing anchors, guides, sleepers, and structural supports;
Repair of precast elements;
Replacement of concrete pavements;
Concrete joints (cold joint);
Bonding of precast elements;
Fixing of adhesion nozzles in concrete injections;
Bonding of ceramics (tiles), wood, aluminum, and iron.
Necessary Tools Metal spatula, brush or paintbrush;
Surface Preparation The substrate must be clean, decontaminated, free of loose particles, rust, or dust.
For concrete applications, it may have moisture, but not saturation. Smooth concrete surfaces should be roughened or scarified. Existing chemical curing films and paints should be removed from the substrate.
Product Preparation
It is recommended to start mixing the product only after the surface has been prepared.
Pre-mix components A and B separately, then pour the entire contents of component B into the container of component A and mix the Viapoxi Adhesive using a spatula for at least 3 minutes, until a homogeneous, lump-free material is obtained.
