Після обрізання крайньої плоті, або циркумцизії (на відео саме вона) у де-яких випадках пацієнт може мати надчутливість головки. Таких пацієнтів близько 15%.
Не лякайтеся, це норма, і за період загоєння (біля 2-х тижнів) підвищена чутливість пройде. А ще через де-який час чутливість головки прийде в нормальний стан, як це має бути після даної процедури, і чоловік зможе вести звичайне повноцінне життя, насолоджуючись перевагами обрізання.
Чому виникає надчутливість?
1) Індивідуальна фізіологія. Ми всі різні, у кожного свій організм і свої фізіологічні особливості. Просто така індивідуальна реакція.
2) Якщо пацієнт рідко відкривав повністю головку, або до кінця не відкривав її зовсім, то при оголенні головки швидше за все де-який час вона буде дуже чутливою.
Це тимчасове, але неприємне відчуття. Як можна собі допомоти?
1) Обов'язково розкажіть своєму оперуючому лікарю про стан. Він дасть Вам рекомендації та підбере знеболюючі препарати.
2) Можна скористатися маззю або спреєм зі знеболюючим ефектом (наприклад, з вмістом лідокаїну)
3) Можна накладати місцеві пов'язки з м'якого бинту, щоб уникнути торкання до білизни.
4) По можливості, перебувати вдома, в стані спокою.
