Unheated versus Heated Tanzanites

Most of the comments have been asking us to produce more videos on other gemstones; so here is one video on tanzanites. We mostly manufacture calibrated tanzanites like these but once in a while our factory produces these unheated tanzanites.
People have this confusion about the difference between heated and unheated tanzanites. They think unheated will be more expensive, undesirable color. Well guess what, old is not gold anymore.
The ones over here at the bottom, these are unheated. Yes, unheated and these are not standard color of unheated tanzanites, these are special and are also marketed sometimes as teal colored tanzanites. This color is special and have a brilliant bi-color in them, greenish violet blue. However once you heat treat these tanzanites you make them more standard tanzanite color, the classic, which everyone tends to like. So by using these unheated tanzanites, first you are not adding any treatment to your stone, you can call it earth mined and you also choose a very unique color for your tanzanite.
