three plump tomatoes;
one hot pepper;

a teaspoon of sugar;
salt to taste;
dill.

The whole point of making this salad is that the onion, the tomatoes, and the peppers must be cut into thin, fine threads.

Add a teaspoon of sugar and a little wine vinegar to the sliced onion. Let it sit while you slice the tomatoes.

After slicing the tomatoes, let's move on to the most piquant part – the hot pepper. It needs to be cut lengthwise and all the seeds removed, as they are the spiciest.
Then finely chop the dill and season the salad with salt to taste. A healthy, juicy salad for pilaf is ready.
