In the round table hold jump off balcony (you won't take damage). Go behind the invader and hold weapon with 2 hands then use heavy attack while he's taunting. Go to the back room to reduce his ability to use his magic projectiles and weapon easily ina small space. Hack at him and avoid his ground magic. Good Luck!
