Those are the best and fastest steps in my opinion to grow organically on instagram. This will then help you to grow a real business or just a good engaged community around your page. Your main goal should be to reach the explore page as this will lead you to be viral and gain more followers with out having to like and follow others and only post content. By watching this video, you'll learn everything you have to know to be able to grow your account to 1000 followers.This does not involve fake followers, but purely active Instagram followers! 100% organic!
The Steps I use are:
1. Short username
2. Profile picture
3. Good and Consistent Content
4. Story Ring
5. Hashtags (3 different sets connected to your niche)
6. Liking post in recent hashtags niche
7. Following users that like big accounts in your niche
8. Go for private accounts (they got notified)
9. Unfollow only those who did not follow you back

Personally I would use different Hashtags for your account as the ones I use are probably not the best for you. But for now you can use mine before you use your own.
