【FGO】Ordeal Call - Free Quest 1~5 Guide and Tips【Fate/Grand Order】
Consume 1 Storm Pod and 40 AP per run. You get 3 Storm Pods per day from login, can stack up to 9 before you stop receiving them from login.
Currently, only Eastern Europe and West America are worth repeating, imo. Eastern Europe is the fastest to clear and West America drops 4m QP per run.
Tips:
Russia: Nothing much to say. Though it's only 2 waves instead of 3 so you have more freedom in choosing your Servant.
Eastern Europe: Fastest to clear if you can oneshot Caster Liz. I recommend Kriemhild.
West America: All mobs have low IK resist so Douman is the easy pick here for all waves. For W3 you can use King Hassan, Shiki, Li Shuwen, Summer Erice etc... Notably drop 4m QP per run.
Hawaii: 3 waves of mixed class. Not particularly 6 slots friendly, but Summer Ibuki will clear easily. W1 and W2 have low IK resist, so you can also use Douman.
Northern Oceania: Tiamat rollers rejoice.
