Gimmicks:
Lips will taunt and protect Melt & KD from damage when her Taunt is up. Disable the protection by hitting her a few times and stun her.
After breaking KD's first HP bar, she will attempt to "eat" Melt & Lips when they take damage. If succeeded, she will gain a permanent buff and massively increase her own HP. Defeat Melt & Lips in one shot to prevent this.
Notes:
Aside from a very high damage requirement for Turn 1 if you want to 2T this, it's a pretty easy Challenge Quest overall, especially if you use the Damage CE & settle for a 3 turns clear.
