Modern humans have taken a keen interest in Competition and being better than their past. The 21st Century has seen this go notches higher, witnessed by the quick and rapid changes in technology, application of knowledge and high consumerism.
To cope with these tremendous shifts and changes, humans have had to adopt methods that facilitate quick learning and knowledge acquisition coupled with application.
As a modern learning and Skilling institution, Gap Management Institute developed and adopted a Knowledge entrenchment formula that facilitates both skills improvements and knowledge application. This formula entails three steps:
1. Reasons for Learning, Learner knowing the Reasons for Learning.
2. Application of Knowledge, Learner Acquiring the different Applications of the Knowledge shared in a training.
3. Immediacy of Practice, Engaging the learner, ensuring and advising them on the immediate application of the Knowledge acquired during the training and skilling program.
This enables our learners and students at large to develop skills of knowledge application and hence enhance their level of productivity, in the organization of employment, community where they live and at an individual level.
