This game's ending brought me to tears... it's so sad...
This game is a one masterpiece that America will never get. There I said it. The political issues and stigmas this game tackles would leave Nintendo with negative PR to deal with and honestly the game has lost it relevance. I'm sure it would make a lot of people happy to have this game on say the Switch but I just don't see it happening at least right now (Nintendo could prove me wrong).
That being said, Holy Shit the soundtrack for this game fucking slaps!! Every song in this game feels like it has had months of work done to make it sound like it does. Beautiful. Themes like The Attic is a Dungeon!? are intense but beautiful. The slap bass in these songs makes them more powerful, and the overall tone of the music is powerful but delicate.
Shower Time Ballad is one of the songs that is more on the delicate side. It's used in a recap scene with scrolling text which is a lot like You've Come Far, Ness did in EarthBound. At first it's a very dismissible song; it's short and repetitive, but in my opinion it's one of the most calming yet exciting songs in the game and I hope I captured that in this cover.
Next video is going to return to my roots while also putting a little spin on the whole atmosphere of the cover.
