Floor and Tile Prep: Integraply & Laticrete
This 3/16" underlayment (not luan) is stapled down. We use a waterproofing or bonding primer and then install an uncoupling membrane all prior to tile. This is an easy step that allows flooring changes down the road. Get under the underlayment, an boom, you're back to the subfloor and ready to go again. No grinding or ripping out subfloor.
