Attacks Dog In House, Bites Owners
This is Loki, he is a young cattle dog mix, that needs exercise and structure. This is not an aggressive dog, or a "troubled dog", or even a dog with behavioral problems.
This is a dog that has no jobs to do, very little structure, and a lack of the right kind of exercise.
Some dogs are good to live a casual lifestyle, but when problems arise, the first thing you MUST look at is, "am I meeting my dogs needs?"
Dogs are predatory animals, they were designed to be animals and do things that animals do, like hunt, chase, forage for food...
Most of us don't live on lots of acreage with farms, and most of us didn't realize our dogs, actually need A JOB to thrive! That means we have to do the work with our dogs to simulate activities that would meet our dogs needs.
No 2 dogs are the same, but there are a common set of "needs" that work with all dogs, to get started!
