Every month, I go through a few days of wanting to throw all my projects in the bin and questions every life decision I have made. To figure out why, I dive into research looking at how estrogen and progesterone act in the brain, the changes our brains go through during a menstrual cycle and see what we understand about extreme pre-period mood changes.
