Content Construction Kit creates both custom content types and custom fields. Drupal offers a way for non techical users to create custom widgets, formatters and fields. Normally you would have to hire a coder to do custom coding which can reach up to thousands of dollars. I don't know how much money I have saved by creating email, link, image, date fields with beautiful widgets to boot. I love the search module
