How one sequence of Alan Wake II blew me away.
Alan Wake II was nominated for game of the year in 2023. It went up against a lot of heavy hitters and ultimately didn't win. For me, this game is a masterpiece and deserves any and all praise it can get, but in lieu of discussing the game as a whole, I just knew I had to talk about the Valhalla nursing home.
