Celebrating Explore The Trades in 2023
At Explore The Trades, when we say that our mission is to bridge the technical talent gap to the trades of plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical. This is what we mean – serving as a connection point between education and industry. And together, with the support of those in the skilled trades and those who have a love for the trades, we are bringing these legacy industries to the next generation.
In 2023 alone, Explore The Trades:
1. Provided classroom resources to over 1,300 school districts in the U.S.
2. Distributed over 1,200 kits to elementary, middle, and high schools across the nation - impacting over 150,000 students.
3. Outfitted 11 new plumbing and HVAC skills lab around the country - introducing the trades to more than 1,100 students.
