PSpice How To - Modeling a Component Based on Datasheets or Graphs
For various electrical components, the models are often not available from manufacturers. In such cases, one has to develop the model based on component data sheets and graphs. PSpice has an inbuilt modeling application which can generate a model based on parameter values attached to a symbol in one click, and ready for simulation.
