Foreclosures - should you wait for them before you buy?
I tI talk to people all the time who are waiting for for a foreclosure boom like we had after the 2008 market crash to happen now.
And they don't want to buy a house until that happens.
But, is that a good strategy? Are the foreclosures coming?
In this video I'm going to walk you through how the foreclosure boom happened after the Great Recession, and what's happening today, to explain if we should expect the same thing today, and if waiting for it makes sense.
