This is my before and after 75 hard journey 2023. I had a bit of weight to lose and I highly suggest this program. Great results with increased mental clarity. I highly suggest to join a group of people to keep up your daily discipline and accountability. I found our group very engaging and encouraging no matter the progress. I’m on to Phase 1 one of the program and it’s time to kick it in high gear! New meal plan diet and exercise routines
