1850 Harmonium at Morvah Community Pasty Day
Pasty Day is a modern alternative to Morvah Fair, a historically boisterous event, attended by hundreds of people from West Cornwall. Held on Lammas, or 1st August, the fair also celebrated the legend of Jack the Tinkard, who tricked the giant of Morvah into falling down a mineshaft to his death, ridding the village of its presence. Filmed Aug 2022, hoping the Repair Shop can work its magic to restore the 1850s Harmonium to former glory for the community.
