How To Make Sweet Crunchy Soft Chin Chin/ Nigeria Snack
Chin Chin is a popular tasty West African snack . It can be hard(which i don't like) or soft like in this tutorial . The taste might slightly defers depending on the flavors used. it can be cut to any desired shapes before deep frying.
ingredients =
Sugar =1/2 cup(104g)
Flour =500g (All purpose flour)
Egg= 1
Margarine =150g
Baking Powder =1 Tablespoon
Powdered Milk =1 Tablespoon
Nutmeg =1 Teaspoon
Salt =1 Teaspoon
Water= 1/2 cup(118ml)
vegetable oil for frying

*I did not use all the water, and i used thrice the measurement in the video *
