A Choir! of 600+ sing Prince’s “I Would Die 4 U” at First Avenue in Minneapolis
Prince was one of the greatest to ever do it. So many hits, so much style. We recently got the chance to bring our “When Doves Choir: An Epic Purple Sing-Along” to Minneapolis’ First Avenue and it was unreal: six hundred Prince devotees belting out hit after hit after hit. To get to do this on the same stage where Prince filmed Purple Rain was unforgettable. We have lots to share from this night but right now, check out our take on “I Would Die 4 U”.
