Pancetta recipe:
peas, olive oil, pancetta or prosciutto, salt, pepper, elbow pasta
Boil pasta to al dente make sure to add some salt to the water, add in the frozen peas to pasta water at the 5 min mark.
Cook pancetta in a generous amount of olive oil (I used 1/2 cup) this will be your pasta sauce. Once pasta is done cooking, strain the water but leave 1/4 of the pasta water, add in your pancetta olive oil sauce, add salt and pepper to taste and give a good mix. Top with fresh parmesan not that kraft stuff!
