Fly casting should be enjoyable and not tiresome. When casting effectively the rod is loaded and the fly is delivered to the target with the least amount of cast as possible. The more you cast the more things can go wrong. Reduce frustrations by practicing at a park, or your backyard and work on improving your casting stroke before you hit the water to be as efficient as possible.
