Psyonix made some MASSIVE ranked and MMR changes at the start of season 3, with the middle ranks being boosted up several ranks. Players were put higher than ever, which caused a lot of confusion in the Rocket League community. So, in this video I pitted Season 2 players against the new Season 3 players who had the same rank to see how much of a difference this change had.
If you noticed something funny in ranked at the start of season 3, then hopefully this video can explain why ranked is so different to season 2, because I certainly noticed it, even at GC.
