Hello and welcome back! There's been some drastic updates to the 4.5 banners.
Leaker Randialos revealed possible banners for the upcoming Genshin Impact 4.5 update. The leaks suggest the new patch might have five Character Event Wishes, with one dedicated to a solo banner. On a related note, HoYoverse confirmed that Chiori is the sole new unit in version 4.5, anticipated as a 5-star character. This implies the other four banners will probably showcase characters having a rerun.
Based on leaks from Randialos, it seems the Genshin Impact 4.5 update could include five Character Event Wishes. It's confirmed that Chiori is the only new unit in this update. So, besides her, there's speculation about four more banners for rerun.

Here's a list of all the 5-star characters expected to be version 4.5, as per the leaks: Chiori, Neuvillette, Kazuha, Itto, and Albedo.
While five banners in a single patch are questionable, the leaker has a fairly good track record since they correctly leaked the banners for versions 3.8 and 4.0. Thus, there is a good chance for this to be true.
At any rate, based on the leaked banner, it seems that there will be three Geo units, including Itto and Albedo. It is worth mentioning that neither has received a banner in over a year. Additionally, it is believed that Albedo may even get a solo banner, meaning version 4.5 might have three phases. It is rumored there will likely be a Mondstadt-only banner.
Additionally, Kazuha and Neuvillette are anticipated to make a comeback in this update. It's Neuvillette's first rerun since being introduced in Genshin Impact 4.1. However, the arrangement of version 4.5 banners by the developers is unclear at the moment, making it challenging to confirm their release dates as of now.
