This is used when a new product is listing on stock exchange and required rule change. Here the exchanges will confirm how this ETF will work and it compliance with regulations
If Ethereum ETF approves - A similar price pump can be seen as we saw in BITCOIN. Not just this other ETFs like Solana or XRP may be seen in future. With approval we may see a good volume in Ethereum ecosystem however in short term we may experience a small pump and than retracement as it will be considered as Buy the Rumour, Sell the News event.
