The RAD MiNID (Miniature Network Interface Device) is an SFP sleeve with Carrier Ethernet demarcation functionalities. This SFP sleeve plugs into SFP ports of switches and routers (allowing full reuse of existing SFPs). The RAD MiNID uses only 1.4watts and yet provides remote service monitoring and fault isolation.
