Explanation:
If you noticed UN's parents are America and the Soviet Union. And no those two countries aren't related so please don't assume they are. No they don't love each other so please don't assume that either-
Now onto short explanation?
The Soviet Union isn't a good parent to most his kids! but seeing as America had full custody over UN he(The USSR) wanted to try and at least be a good parent to UN since he never really saw UN. UN doesn't exactly have hard feelings towards America(and NATO since NATO was there when the Soviet Union died) though he doesn't exactly like talking about it. Nor do any of Soviets kids know about UN being their brother.
