Perfect Party Cocktails: Champagne Sorbet Floats
The bubbly is back! Sparkling wines and champagne drinks are all the rage, and Elizabeth has a favorite bubbly cocktail recipe to share: champagne sorbet floats! It's so easy--just scoop colorful sorbet into flutes and pour the champagne. Here's a serving tip: scoop your sorbet before your guests arrive, and pop the glasses into your freezer. That way your sorbet is extra cold, and all you have to do is un-cork your bubbly and make a toast!
