Stalker Anomaly: Death (by red mist) is a Learning Experience
Hot survival tip: don't stand in the bad.
For all my hours in Anomaly, I'd never seen one of these things before. Heard of, yes; seen references in the vanilla files, yes--but I'd assumed it was just an ordinary variant of poltergeist. It is not.
Appropriate tactics: grenade it. Second best option: nope the hell out.
This footage is from some of my earlier mod playtesting, hence the test version of New Extensible RF Sources. The updated psy interference sound effects are now live as of version 1.2, along with a host of other RF receiver features like GSM cellular interference from nearby stalker PDAs.
