Don't throw away your old school bag.
Now we will transform it.
First, I rip all the seams.
I choose the strongest part.
It is necessary to add several layers of stabilizer.
I put all this in the hoop.
I am embroidering a design that my daughter really wanted.
The birds are almost born.

I'm adding a stabilizer.
I divide the circle into sectors.
And at each point I make a small tuck.
I found this thread.
It fits our design perfectly.
I sew the cord in a circle.
Machine sewing line - zigzag.
Six laps is enough.
Now we need to make the second part.
On the material from the school bag, I outline a circle and sectors.
I make cuts.
I mark the center.
I'm making a loop out of string.
I place it in the center.
I sew the cord in a spiral.
I made the central part and the board.
I cut off the excess support fabric.
And now we need to form a handle.
Approximately this length.
Measured.
I sew it to the main part.
And now I sew the cord on both the detail and the handle.
Further.
I take both items. They need to be sewn.
I cut off all the excess and sew the details.
It turned out like this.
I sew a zipper.
I cut out the lining.
I strengthen the pocket with material from an old bag.
I sew the pocket to the main part.
Three more rectangular pieces are needed..
I bend the rectangles in half and sew a decorative stitch.
I mark the centers on all the details.
I sew a wide one to narrow details.
And now I sew both round parts.
Everything turned out perfect.
You need to make the bag tough.
I take a hydro-vapor barrier polyethylene foam.
I cut out the details according to the size of the bag.
I glue them inside the bag.
I sew the lining with hidden hand stitches.
And that's it! The bag is ready!
My daughter is very happy.
She waited for these chicks for a very long time.
