Mysterious Clouds Appear and Disappear at the Same Location Twice.
On February 6, 2023 in the afternoon 1:25 on the way to pick up my son from school over Fontana, I saw this strange Cloud came out of nowhere so I decided to take a video. It is strange because it was a sunny day with winds and a clear blue sky then suddenly this tiny cloud appear and grew bigger then shrink until it disappeared. I still taking the video after it disappeared then a few minute later it shows a tiny cloud again then it grow big cloud then slowly fade then disappear completely. I don't know if it is from a fireworks or a some sort of experiment because there it a plane pass by then it appear it is not a contrail though.
