The Difference between Harassment/Cyberbullying and Criticism/Difference of Opinion.
Due to the false flagging issue, The choice on harassing or belittling a celebrity or a YouTube star is NO longer a choice.
True, the choice of you being harassed by the user is still here, but remember, CRITICISMS, DIFFERENCES OF OPINIONS, AND CORRECTIONS ARE STILL NOT HARASSMENT!!!!!!!
