‘Tis the season of self improvement once again. Time to build those good habits and good intentions to set ourselves up as best as possible for the year ahead… right? RIGHT??
Ive made many of these videos setting new years resolutions in the hope of forming new life changing habits and let me give you some advice: baby steps.
It’s all about the little things and
changing your mind-set one small thing as a time. Stuck on how to set good New Year’s resolutions nd how to keep them? Make your resolutions bite size, make them targeted, dump them in a comment to keep yourself accountable if you fancy! But keep it realistic but aspiration for who you want to be in 2026 and I promise you itll feel so much easier to achieve the goals you set for yourself in this new year!
