Once the weight is adjusted by means of a handwheel, the pieces of dough are ejected and enter the drum , easily interchangeable according to the required weight.

La pasta, trattata delicatamente grazie ad un sistema di dosatura a stella, viene compressa nelle camere di porzionatura che, opportunamente regolate, realizzano il peso desiderato. Una volta regolato il peso mediante volantino, i pezzi di pasta vengono espulsi ed entrano nel tamburo arrotondatore, facilmente intercambiabile a seconda del peso richiesto.
