Glocks WHY???
First of all, thanks for watching guys. And I ain't no Glock Fanboy. I may own a few other weapons besides Glocks.
RELIABILITY is second to none.
But, let's get real. Glocks are extremely reliable and not finicky when it comes to ammunition. And I know this because I have shot the equivelant of a new Kia out of a Glock 22. And the ammo was premium ammunition. And it also shot it's share of frangible ammunition. In over a decade of continuous use the weapon simply never failed. BUT, HOLD THE PHONE. That would just be a sample size of one hillbilly and one Glock 22. Well, guys, lets just say 2 days a quarter and 8 days a year, I shot this Glock with other hillbillies shooting Glock 22's, 23's and 27's. The weapons simply work. BUT, HOLD THE PHONE again. Guys, you would think people that may have to rely on a weapon to save their life would keep them perfectly clean. Well, you would be perfectly wrong. Quite a few of these hillbillies wouldn't clean their weapons between quarters. Every now and then a firearms instructor would inspect weapons PRIOR to training and find a few hillbillies with firearms that were as dirty as the day is long from the last training. They still went bang every time.
PRICE is actually pretty good when you factor in quality. You can spend a lot more for equal reliability.
Anyway, guys, I understand there are other weapons as reliable. I put a lotta 9mm rounds downrange with a Sig228 back in the day. And it never malfunctioned one time either. And I like those weapons a lot too! I wasn't happy when I had no choice but to turn in my 228 and get a Glock 22 in its place. But, now, I realize both brands are phenoms.
