Non naruto fan makes powerlevel tier list for the boruto series where i explain why im placing certain characters where im putting them on the tier list. I've never seen an episode of boruto and most of my knowledge comes from fight scene complilations, clips and shorts, as well as the first ep of naruto. This should be fun because i enjoy some of the characters but dont know much about them so lets see how accurate or how off this tier list is :D
