How to make slow-motion effects:
In Adobe Premiere Pro, go to Clip Speed/Duration.
You can lower the Speed percentage and change the Time Interpolation selection to Optical Flow.
To further enhance the slow-motion effect, use Effect Controls, select Time Remapping, and lower the speed percentage.
