The Gold Road patch came with two new powerful sets :

It took a while to farm the dagger as we got trifecta day 1 and it was one of the last weapons to drop 😃
Both of those sets works very well in synergy as Null arca can crit & goes frontbar, where Sentinel provides crit & is ran on Body.
The setup doesnt have a lot of burn procs without Runecarver so Zaan is once again the best option, but in raid you can also use Velothi.
This setup is best-in-slot for every encounter where you can use Sentinel like Falgravn, Ryelaz, Vrol, Yaseyla, etc...
△ If you need to move in a single target focused fight, you should use Relequen/Runecarver like previous patches (around 2k dps loss to Highland) : https://imgur.com/a/WnmqsTo

As an alternative, you can play stamDK in a Bow/Bow setup with the new Pyrebrand class set which will be available in the next patch, as demonstrated by Ry : https://ibb.co/X3f5rJ4
⛧ I am afraid the DK Class set on PTS might get nerfed as it is absurdly powerful (16k dps in the parse I linked), so in case it is not an option anymore, here is a StamDK Bow/Bow parse for the current patch without new sets : • ☣️Stamina Dragonknight 132k+ PvE DPS Build...

In a raid environnement, where Igneous Weapon will be provided, you will swap out Degen for Deadly Cloak.
⁂ With the high number of Fire damage you have, you want to prioritise proccing Sundered and therefore use Absorb Stamina + Poison glyphs on your daggers.

⛧ Skill priority is : Degen (Brutality) ➤ Stampede ➤ Trap ➤ Claw ➤ FoO ➤ Eruption ➤ Engulfing ➤ 3x Whip ➤ Rapid Strikes
Try to not Standard without having all your dots up.
Recast Trap early if possible, use your 3x Whip to barswap, don't recast Claw and FoO before they run out, it's a big damage loss.
I advise to remove Wrathful Strike for Exploiter in content.
