Band drilling has many advantages over traditional seed drills - the biggest advantages are significantly lower soil preparation, sowing costs, saved time. There are optimal conditions created for rapid germination of plants, rapid development of the root system, moisture is raised from deep soil, and the soil capillary system is restored. Sowing directly into the stubble maintains moisture, creates better conditions for overwintering, less weeds and the surface of the fields is not affected by erosion.
