Chevy My Link Screen went black (FIX)

My Link screen on my 2015 Camaro went completely black one day and the screen worked, I just couldn't see anything. Here is how I fixed it. Step1: Disconnect the negative battery cable from your battery, then the positive(red). Battery is located in the trunk where the spare tire would be. Wait a few minutes before reconnecting. When reconnecting, connect positive cable first and connect the negative cable last. For window reprogramming, watch the steps on the video.
