Shuichi Saihara & Kokichi Ouma - A Good Deception

This story is barely over 4,500 words altogether. That's my longest story-based edit up to date! Let's just say I pretty much gotten heavily invested and inspired with creating this story just a bit. xD (There's no way this YT description and the continuation of just one comment will fit altogether. Believe me, I looked up the character-limit for a YT comment because of my curiosity, and this story just has a lot more characters than that altogether. xD)
I would like to thank sonic4079 for proofreading and editing my story and also helping me come up with the title to this story! Without her, I would have never reached that word count. xD Jk. xD Kathy, thank you so much for taking the time to read this story! You've always been a great friend and very supportive as well! You know how much I like to write, so thank you for catching every little mistake I made there and just making it sound a whole lot better ♥
As for the video, it was really fun to make! When I first heard this set of lyrics, I pretty much did think that it would fit both Saihara and Ouma just because of Ouma's personality. (Let's be honest here; one word in that set can pretty much associate and summarize Kokichi altogether xD)
I had a lot of fun animating this, and I did have over a month to re-edit this and fix that double-back key framing mistake that I think I might be seeing (for fcpx editors, you might know what I'm talking about), but I decided against it since I never found the time to do so (which may be a lie, but who knows xD) and hope that it's not really that noticeable there. xD
I do want to apologize to Ryoma since I think I messed up on the masking a bit and never put the time in to fix his part despite multiple times I rewatched this edit, so yeah. xD Sorry, Ryoma ^^" (Maybe that's why he is facing away from me in this edit xD)
Alright, that's enough about me talking. xD I'll start the story with that opening scene, but you'll need to read the rest of the story in an external link that I provided in this description. c;

Story: "A Good Deception"
Recently, Shuichi Saihara, the Ultimate Detective, has been having trouble solving a difficult case that he came across. There is so much evidence he found already to strongly suspect and narrow down the culprit of this particular case to be one of his classmates, but he can’t figure out who that might be. After staring at the pictures of his fellow classmates on the wall and pondering about everyone’s statements on where that person (or robot) was during the time of the incident for quite a long time, there is only one person who he knew he could trust. And that’s only because that person was his alibi throughout the entire day.
Kokichi Ouma.
Shuichi knows that he can’t solve this case by himself and that he needed another person’s help to see if they can formulate any new ideas or find some new facts that he had previously missed or never even thought of. The Ultimate Detective is indeed quite aware of how smart and cunning Kokichi really is, however, he isn’t sure if his companion would either help or just hinder the case.
Despite this, Shuichi is desperate to gain some new perspective by now and knows that time is of the essence. The longer the case stays open, the more time goes by as possible theories and evidence grow colder with each passing moment.
After carefully contemplating about the issue at hand and planning on how to obtain Kokichi’s help, he immediately spares no second into setting foot to find the talented trickster.
