This video explains how to acquire flawless Pokemon from Pokemon Dream Radar with RNG abuse. This video uses PPRNG to show how it's done using that program.

The basic requirements for Dream Radar RNG Abuse in BW2:
-Any form of Nintendo DS or 3DS (Nintendo 3DS required, due to Pokemon Dream Radar app being a Nintendo eShop game)
-PPRNG (for Macs) or RNG Reporter (for Windows--not available at the moment)
-Retail cart of Pokemon Black 2/White 2
-Understand how to use Unova Link to gain Parameters in BW2
